High-performance alloy material for industrial engineering and critical application conditions.
1. Introduction to GH2747 Material
GH2747 (old grade GH747) is a precipitation-hardening wrought Fe-Ni-Cr superalloy capable of ultra-high service temperature. In solid solution state, it can serve long-term at 1100-1250℃ with short-term maximum service temperature up to 1300℃. It features outstanding weldability, high strength, stable microstructure, and superior oxidation & corrosion resistance under high temperature environments.

5. Welding performance
The alloy has excellent comprehensive welding workability and adapts to all common welding processes. TIG welding, spot welding, seam welding and electron beam welding achieve superior welding quality. For dissimilar metal welding, matching base alloy wire or identical GH2747 filler wire can be used as filling material.
6. Application fields
GH2747 is widely used for high-temperature oxidation-resistant structural parts in nuclear energy, petrochemical, metallurgy and other industries.
It is applicable to oxidation-resistant components of engine combustion chambers and afterburners, as well as industrial heat-resistant parts including furnace rollers, boiler components, transmission parts and thermocouple sleeves.
