GH4169

High-performance alloy material for industrial engineering and critical application conditions.

Product Details

1. Introduction to GH4169 Materials

GH4169 corresponds to foreign grades Inconel718 (USA) and NC19FeNb (France). It is a precipitation-strengthened wrought nickel-based superalloy with excellent comprehensive performance for long-term service within -253~650℃, short-term service temperature up to 800℃. Its yield strength below 650℃ ranks top among wrought superalloys. It possesses outstanding fatigue resistance, radiation resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, superior machinability, weldability and stable long-term microstructure. It can be fabricated into complex shaped components, widely applied in aerospace, nuclear energy, petrochemical industry and extrusion molds. Available products: hot rolled & forged bars, cold drawn bars, hot rolled plates, cold rolled plates, strips, wires, seamless tubes, welded tubes, forgings.

5. GH4169 material characteristics

It maintains high tensile strength, fatigue strength, creep strength and rupture strength at 700℃, and excellent oxidation resistance up to 1000℃.

Stable chemical properties and excellent low-temperature weldability. GH4169 exhibits outstanding resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting corrosion under both high and low temperature environments, together with superior high-temperature oxidation resistance.

The matrix metallographic structure of GH4169 is austenite. Precipitation hardening generates γ strengthening phase for excellent mechanical properties; grain boundary δ phase formed during heat treatment endows the alloy high plasticity.
