1. Introduction to GH3030 Materials
GH3030 is an early-developed 80Ni-20Cr solid-solution strengthened superalloy with simple chemical composition. It possesses decent high-temperature strength and high plasticity below 800℃, along with excellent oxidation resistance, thermal fatigue resistance, cold stamping performance and weldability. After solid solution treatment, the alloy presents single-phase austenite with stable microstructure during service. Its primary supply form is cold rolled thin sheet, and deformed products such as bars, rings, wires and tubes are also available. It is mainly applied for turbine engine combustion chamber parts working under 800℃, as well as low-load high-temperature components requiring oxidation resistance up to 1100℃. GH3030 features outstanding hot and cold workability, widely manufactured into various chemical equipment and matching accessories.
