1. Introduction to GH3536 Materials

GH3536 alloy is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy with higher iron content that is mainly strengthened with chromium and molybdenum. The alloy has medium durability and creep strength below 900°C; it has good oxidation and corrosion resistance, good hot and cold processing forming properties and welding properties. It is suitable for manufacturing components such as aircraft engine combustion chambers that are used for a long time below 900℃, as well as high-temperature components that can be used for short-term use at 1080℃.

Implementation standards

GB/T14992 “Classification and Numbering of High Temperature Materials for High Temperature Alloys and Intermetallic Compounds”

GJB1952A “Code for Cold Rolled Plate for High Temperature Alloys for Aviation”

GJB2297A “Specifications for Cold Drawn (Rolled) Seamless Pipe for High Temperature Alloys for Aviation”

GJB 2612-1996 “Specifications for Cold Drawing of High Temperature Alloys for Welding”

GJB 3020-1997 “Specifications for High Temperature Alloy Ring Bills for Aviation”

GJB 3165-1998 “Specifications on Hot Rolling and Forged Rods for Aviation Loading Parts”
