1. Introduction to Monel K500 Materials
MONEL K-500 alloy has corrosion resistance comparable to the 400, but has higher mechanical strength and hardness. It has good heat corrosion resistance and long-term tissue stability. It has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance, non-magneticity, etc.

4. Characteristics of Monel K500
The Monel K500 has about three times the yield strength and twice the tensile strength of the Monel 400, and can achieve higher mechanical properties through cold working or aging hardening. Monel K500 alloy has the same corrosion resistance as Monel 400 alloy.
5. Monel K500 application field
Monel K500 alloy is mainly used in pump shafts and valve stems, conveyor scrapers, oil well drilling rings, elastic components, valve pads, etc. Suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, shipbuilding, pharmaceutical and electronics sectors.
