1. Introduction to GH698/GH4698 Materials

GH469/GH698 is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy strengthened with aluminum, titanium, molybdenum, niobium and other elements. It is developed based on GH4033 alloy and has high durable strength and good comprehensive performance in the range of 500℃~800℃. This alloy is widely used in the manufacture of important bearing parts such as turbine discs, compressor discs, deflectors, and bearing rings of aircraft engines. The working temperature can reach 750℃~800℃.

     Implementation standards

      GB/T14992-2005 “High Temperature Alloy”

HB 5285-1984 “GH698 alloy disc forgings for aviation”
