1. Introduction to 1J50 Materials
1J50 is a soft magnetic alloy. High saturation magnetic induction soft magnetic 1J50 iron-nickel alloy is a nickel alloy containing 45-55%, with relatively good initial magnetic permeability and high saturation induction strength. The saturation induction value of 1J50 is about 1.55T, and the initial magnetic permeability is only about 0.42mHm and has a high saturation induction value in nickel ferroalloy. High magnetic properties can be obtained by low temperature annealing. After the final heat treatment, there is a clear cubic crystal structure, the lag loop is almost rectangular, and the residual magnetism is as high as 1.5T.
