1. Introduction to GH3044 Materials 

      GH3044 high-temperature alloy is a Ni-Cr-based solid solution reinforced deformation high-temperature alloy with a service temperature below 900℃. The alloy contains a large amount of tungsten and a small amount of aluminum and titanium. The alloy has high plasticity and medium thermal strength, and has excellent oxidation resistance and good stamping and welding process performance. Suitable for making parts of the main combustion chamber and afterburner combustion chamber of aero engine that work under 900°C for a long time, as well as heat insulation screens, guide blades, etc. The main products supplied are plates, strips, silks, and rings.

4. GH3044 process performance 

GH3044 Forming Performance

      GH3044 Steel ingot forging heating temperature is 1170℃±10℃, and the terminal temperature is not lower than 900℃. The heating temperature of the slab rolling is 1190±10℃, the heating temperature of the thin plate hot rolling is 1130℃±10℃, and the final rolling temperature is not less than 800℃; the total pressure reduction rate of the cold rolling thin plate is about 30%.

      GH3044 sheets have good stamping process performance. The limit depth dip coefficient of the cold-rolled thin sheet supply state is K limit = 2.06.

GH3044 Parts heat treatment process

      The intermediate heat treatment temperature is 1140℃±10℃, insulation for 3~5 minutes, air-cooled. The final heat treatment temperature is determined according to the working conditions of the parts. Parts with good thermal fatigue performance are solid solution with 1150℃, and the insulation is 3~5 minutes, and the insulation is air-cooled; parts with high heat force are solid solution at 1200℃, and the insulation is 3~5 minutes, and the insulation is air-cooled.
