1. Introduction to GH3039 Materials
GH3039 is a single-phase austenitic solid solution reinforced alloy with medium thermal strength and good thermal fatigue properties below 800°C, and good oxidation resistance below 1000°C. The structure is stable for long-term use, and it also has good cold forming properties and welding properties. Suitable for aircraft engine combustion chambers and afterburner combustion chamber components that are suitable for long-term use below 850°C. The alloy can produce sheets, bars, silks, pipes and forgings.

3. GH3039 physical properties
Density: 8.3g/cm3
Electrical performance: room temperature resistivity ρ=1.18*10 -6 Ω.m
Alloy magnetism: non-magnetic
IV. GH3039 material characteristics
This alloy has good thermal processing plasticity and good deformation performance. The forging heating temperature is 1170℃, and the final forging is 900℃.
The average grain size of the alloy is closely related to the degree of deformation of the forging and the final forging temperature.
Alloys can be welded by argon arc welding, spot welding or seam welding methods, and their welding performance is excellent and the tendency of cracks is small.
After heat treatment, the oxide scale on the surface of the part can be removed by sand blowing or pickling.
V. GH3039 application fields
The components of the aircraft engine combustion chamber and afterburner combustion chamber made of this alloy have undergone long-term production and use tests and have good performance.
