1. Introduction to GH625/GH3625 materials

GH3625 (GH625) alloy is a solid solution-strengthening nickel-based deformation high-temperature alloy with molybdenum niobium as the main reinforcement element. It has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. It has good tensile and fatigue properties from low temperature to 980 degrees Celsius, and is resistant to stress corrosion under salt spray atmosphere.

Implementation standards

GJB 1953-1994 “Specifications on Hot Rolled Rods for High Temperature Alloys for Rotating Parts of Aero Engines”

GJB 2611-1996 “Specifications for Cold Pulling Rods for High Temperature Alloys for Aviation”

V. Alloy characteristics :

It has excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive media in the oxidation and reduction environments

Excellent resistance to pit and crevice corrosion and does not cause stress corrosion cracking due to chloride

Excellent resistance to inorganic acid corrosion, such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and mixed acid of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, etc.

Excellent resistance to corrosion of various inorganic acid mixed solutions

When the temperature reaches 40℃, it can show good corrosion resistance in hydrochloric acid solutions of various concentrations.

Good processability and welding properties, no cracking sensitivity after welding

Manufacturing certification for pressure vessels with wall temperatures between -196 and 450°C

6. Application areas

Components of organic chemical process processes containing chlorides, especially in the use of acid chloride catalysts

Cookers and bleaching tanks for the pulp and paper industry

Absorption towers, reheaters, flue gas inlet baffles, fans (wet), stirrers, deflectors and flue ducts in flue gas desulfurization system

Equipment and components for the manufacture of acid gas environments
