1. Introduction to GH625/GH3625 materials
GH3625 (GH625) alloy is a solid solution-strengthening nickel-based deformation high-temperature alloy with molybdenum niobium as the main reinforcement element. It has excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. It has good tensile and fatigue properties from low temperature to 980 degrees Celsius, and is resistant to stress corrosion under salt spray atmosphere.
Implementation standards

V. Alloy characteristics :
It has excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive media in the oxidation and reduction environments
Excellent resistance to pit and crevice corrosion and does not cause stress corrosion cracking due to chloride
Excellent resistance to inorganic acid corrosion, such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and mixed acid of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, etc.
Excellent resistance to corrosion of various inorganic acid mixed solutions
When the temperature reaches 40℃, it can show good corrosion resistance in hydrochloric acid solutions of various concentrations.
Good processability and welding properties, no cracking sensitivity after welding
Manufacturing certification for pressure vessels with wall temperatures between -196 and 450°C
6. Application areas
