1. Introduction to GH3030 Materials

      GH3030 solid solution reinforced high-temperature alloy is an early developed 80Ni-20Cr solid solution reinforced high-temperature alloy. It has simple chemical composition and has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800℃. It also has good antioxidant, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process performance. After solid solution treatment, the alloy is single-phase austenite, and the structure is stable during use. The main products are cold-rolled thin plates, which can also supply deformed products such as bars, rings, wires and pipes. Mainly used for turbine engine combustion chamber components that operate below 800°C and other high-temperature components that require oxidation resistance below 1100°C but bear very small loads. [1] GH3030 has strong hot processing and cold processing properties, and is used to make various chemical equipment and supporting accessories.

IV. GH3030 material characteristics

      80Ni-20Cr solid solution reinforced high-temperature alloy has simple chemical composition, satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity below 800 °C, and has good antioxidant, thermal fatigue, cold stamping and welding process properties. After solid solution treatment, the alloy is single-phase austenite, and the structure is stable during use. 

      The metallographic structure of GH3030 is a single-phase austenite structure with a small amount of TiC and Ti(CN) between them.

5. The application scope of GH3030 is:

      Mainly used for combustion chamber components of turbine engines operating below 800 °C

      Other high-temperature components below 1100 °C that require oxidation resistance but withstand very small loads

      Used to make mobile burning frames in enamel furnaces

      GH3030 has strong hot processing and cold processing properties, and is used to make various chemical equipment and supporting accessories.
