1. Introduction to Inconel X-750 Materials

      Inconel X-750 alloy is mainly a nickel-based high-temperature alloy with aging reinforcement of γ”[Ni3(Al, Ti, Nb)] phase. It has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980°C, high strength below 800°C, good relaxation resistance below 540°C, and good forming and welding properties. This alloy is mainly used to manufacture plane springs and coil springs that work below 800°C and require high strength. It can also be used to manufacture parts such as turbine turbine blades. The products available are plates, strips, bars, forgings, rings, wires and pipes.

4. Inconel X-750 material features

      Inconelx-750 has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980℃, high strength below 800℃, good relaxation resistance below 540℃, and good forming and welding properties, and excellent mechanical properties in low-temperature environments.

5. Inconel X-750 application fields

     This alloy has good corrosion resistance and creep fracture strength in high temperature environments. Shanghai Aoming Industrial Co., Ltd. has good mechanical properties and is widely used. It has sufficient strength and corrosion resistance below 980℃.

  • Manufacture springs and bolts that work at high temperatures; rotor blades, impellers and other structural parts on gas turbines;
