Description
1. Introduction to 1J85 Materials
1J85 Nickel-based metal is a soft magnetic alloy, also known as permalloy. It has a very high magnetic susceptibility and can be magnetized in a smaller magnetic field and can obtain a higher magnetic induction strength. It can also quickly reach saturation. It is a better ferromagnet when the Curie temperature is below 400℃. 1J85 nickel-based alloy has a high starting magnetic permeability, a relatively small coercive force and a high maximum magnetic permeability. It responds very sensitively to some weak signals and has great application potential in the telecommunications industry and instrumentation industry. At the same time, the 1J85 nickel-based alloy is also easy to process into a very thin metal belt, which can be used in high-sensitivity chokes, audio transformers, fast magnetic amplifiers, relays, magnetic shields, various iron cores, etc., and is a component in the defense industry such as aerospace and nuclear industry.
2. 1J85 chemical composition
Implement in accordance with the US standards, national standards and national military standards
3. 1J85 physical properties
1J85 density: 8.75 g/cm3
1J85 melting point: 1395-1425 ℃
IV. 1J85 material characteristics
High saturation magnetic induction soft magnetic 1J85 iron-nickel alloy is a nickel alloy containing 79-81% with the highest initial magnetic permeability, maximum magnetic permeability and extremely low coercivity, which is sensitive to weak signals. 1J85 saturated magnetic induction strength is greater than 0.78T, initial magnetic permeability is greater than 30mH/m, maximum magnetic permeability is greater than 115mH/m, and coercive force is less than 2.4A/m
Metallographic structure of 1J85: The 1J85 alloy is austenite structure.
Austenitic alloy steel is a crystal, and its internal atoms are arranged according to certain rules. There are generally three arrangement methods: body-center cubic lattice structure, and its polycrystalline structure is formed during the metal crystallization process.
