1. Introduction to 30CrMnSiNi2A materials

      After heat treatment, 30CrMnSiNi2A alloy structural steel can obtain high strength, good plasticity and toughness, good fatigue resistance and fracture toughness, and low fatigue crack propagation rate.

IV. Physical properties of 30CrMnSiNi2A

      30CrMnSiNi2A heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure:

      Heat treatment specifications: 1) Oil quenching at 890-900℃, tempering at 200-300℃, air-cooling; 2) Heating at 890-900℃, quenching into a medium-temperature of 210-280℃ nitrifying salt tank for 1 hour, air-cooling, and then back-cooling at 200-300℃, air-cooling.

Metallographic structure: 1) High-temperature tempering after hot rolling or cold rolling is pearlite; 2) Normalized and high-temperature tempering is tempered cortexite; 3) Isothermal annealing is sheet pearlite and ferrite; 4) Normalized state is martensite and bainite; 5) Used state is tempered martensite.

V. Characteristics and scope of application of 30CrMnSiNi2A

      30CrMnSiNi2A has high hardenability, good machining and welding properties, but is more sensitive to notch and hydrogen embrittlement (including environmental hydrogen embrittlement).

      30CrMnSiNi2A is suitable as important stress-bearing structural components such as high-strength connectors and shaft parts.
