1. Introduction to Tantalum Targets

  1. Grade number: RO5200, RO5400
  2. Purity: ≥99.95%
  3. Process: Cold rolling, pickling, shearing
  4. Technical conditions: Comply with GB3269-83 (tantalum and tantalum alloy sheets, strips and foils),
  5. Implementation criteria:

               GB/T3628-1995 (tantalum and tantalum alloy foil),

               ASTM B708-92 (Tantalum and Tantalum Alloy Medium-Thick Plate, Thin Plate, Strip and Foil)

2. Application fields of tantalum materials

  1. It is mainly used in coating processes, as well as in the fields of aviation, aerospace industry, medical devices, etc.
  2. Can be used to make evaporation vessels, etc.
  3. Electrode, rectifier, electrolytic capacitor of electron tube.
  4. Medically used to make thin sheets or thin threads to repair damaged tissue.
  5. Tantalum is made into capacitors and equipped into military equipment.
