1. Introdução ao GH5188 Materiais

GH5188 is a Co-Ni-Cr-based solid solution reinforced deformation high-temperature alloy with a use temperature of less than 1100℃. Add 14% w(W) to the alloy for solid solution strengthening, so that the alloy has good comprehensive performance; add a higher content of chromium and trace lanthanum to make the alloy have good high-temperature oxidation resistance. The alloy has good process properties such as hot and cold processing plasticity and welding, and is suitable for making aircraft engine parts that require high strength below 980℃ and require oxidation resistance below 1100℃.

GH5188 can produce and supply various deformation products, such as thin plates, medium plates, strips, bars, forgings, silk materials and precision castings.

V. Application areas

High-temperature components such as flame cylinders and guide blades in the combustion chamber of aircraft engines are well produced and used.

Aero engine parts that require high strength below 980℃ and require antioxidant below 1100℃.

The corrosion resistance of alloy sheets is better than that of GH3536 alloy.
