05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb alloy is a precipitated, hardened, martensite stainless steel composed of copper, niobium/cinnabar.
05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb is a martensite precipitation hardened stainless steel with high strength, high hardness, good welding performance and corrosion resistance. It has been widely promoted and used in valves, shafts, chemical fibers, aerospace and other industries, and has high-strength components with certain corrosion resistance requirements.

After heat treatment, the mechanical properties of the product are more perfect, reaching a compressive strength of up to 1100-1300 mpa (160-190 ksi).
This grade cannot be used at temperatures above 300°C (572°F) or very low. It has good corrosion resistance to both the atmosphere and diluted acids or salts, and its corrosion resistance is the same as that of 304 and 430.
- 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb corrosion resistance
- The corrosion resistance of 05CR17NI4CU4NB alloy is better than any other standard hardenable stainless steel plate. In most cases, its corrosion resistance is no less than 304.
- 응력 부식 균열의 위험이 있는 경우, 노화 온도는 550°C(1022°F) 이상, 가급적 590°C(1094°F) 이상이어야 합니다.
- 염화물 매체의 템퍼링 온도는 550°C-1022°F입니다.
- H2S 매체의 템퍼링 온도는 590°C-1094°F입니다.
- 정적인 바닷물에서 부식 또는 균열 부식에 취약합니다.
- 내식성은 석유화학, 식품 가공 및 제지 산업에서 사용되는 304L 등급과 동일합니다.
