High strength, good heat treatment strengthening effect, medium plasticity in annealing and new quenching states; unlike hard aluminum, the corrosion resistance in artificial aging state is better than that in natural aging states, and the natural aging process is slow, and it takes 3 months to reach the peak of aging hardening. Therefore, the disadvantage of using 7A04 in quenching artificial aging state is that its structure stability is low, low low-frequency fatigue strength, and tends to have stress corrosion and rupture. The alloy has good point properties and good machinability after gas welding heat treatment, but poor machinability after
