1.はじめに 7A09 材料
7A09 belongs to Al-Zn-Mg-Cu superhard aluminum. This alloy is an ultra-high strength deformation aluminum alloy that has been used in the aircraft manufacturing industry in the late 1940s and is still widely used in the aviation industry. Its characteristics are that it has good plasticity after solid solution treatment, especially good heat treatment strengthening effect, high strength below 150℃, and particularly good low-temperature strength; poor welding performance; tends to stress corrosion cracking; it needs to be used by aluminum coated or other protective treatment. Double-stage aging can improve the alloy’s ability to resist stress corrosion cracking. The plasticity in the annealed and rigid quenched states is slightly lower than that in the same state 2A12. It is slightly better than 7A04. The static fatigue, notch sensitivity of the plate, and the stress corrosion performance is better than 7A04.

IV. 7A09 応用分野
7A09 is mainly used to manufacture aircraft structures and other high-stress structural parts that require high strength and corrosion resistance, such as aircraft upper and lower wing wall panels, stringers, etc. It has good plasticity after solid solution treatment, good heat treatment strengthening effect, and has good strength below 150 degrees. It is also widely used in mold processing, mechanical equipment, tooling and fixtures, aerospace industry, ultrasonic plastic welding molds, golf ball heads, shoe molds, paper molds, foam molds, wax removal molds, mechanical equipment, aircraft wall panels, front beams, joints, pillars and landing gears and other structural parts, molds, beauty instruments, notebook shells, high-strength components, heavy forgings, etc.
