1.はじめに 6063 材料

      6063 is a low alloyed Al-Mg-Si system high-plastic alloy. The main alloy elements are magnesium and silicon, which have excellent processing performance, excellent weldability, extrusion and electroplating properties, good corrosion resistance and toughness, are easy to polish and color films, and have excellent anodization effect. They are a typical extruded alloy. 6063 aluminum alloy profiles are widely used in building profiles, irrigation pipes, pipes, rods, and profiles for vehicles, treads, furniture, elevators, fences, and many advantages of their good plasticity, moderate heat treatment strength, good welding performance and the gorgeous color of the surface after anodization treatment.

 6063 has many valuable features :

  •       Heat treatment strengthens, has high impact toughness, and is not sensitive to notches.
  •       Excellent welding performance and corrosion resistance, and no tendency to stress corrosion cracking. Among the heat-treated aluminum alloys, Al-Mg-Si-based alloys are the only alloys that have not been found to have stress corrosion cracking.
  •       The surface is very smooth after processing and is easy to anodize and color. The disadvantage is that after quenching, if it is parked at room temperature for a period of time, it will have an adverse impact on the strength (parking effect).
