1.はじめに 6061 材料

      6061 is a heat-treated reinforced alloy with good formability, weldability, machiningability, and medium strength. It can still maintain good operability after annealing.

      The main alloy elements of 6061 alloy are magnesium and silicon, and form Mg2Si phase. If a certain amount of manganese and chromium is contained, the bad effects of iron can be neutralized; sometimes a small amount of copper or zinc is added to improve the strength of the alloy without significantly reducing its corrosion resistance; there is also a small amount of copper in the conductive material to offset the adverse effects of titanium and iron on electrical conductivity; zirconium or titanium can refine grains and control recrystallization structure; in order to improve cutting performance, lead and bismuth can be added. Mg2Si is dissolved in aluminum, so that the alloy is artificially aged and hardened.

      6061-T651 is the main alloy of 6061 alloy. It is a high-quality aluminum alloy product produced by heat treatment pre-stretching process. Although its strength cannot be compared with the 2XXX series or 7XXX series, its magnesium and silicon alloys have many characteristics, and have excellent processing performance, excellent welding characteristics, electroplating properties, good corrosion resistance, high toughness, no deformation after processing, dense material without defects, easy polishing, easy coloring film, and excellent oxidation effect.
