1. Introduzione a\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>GH901\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>I materiali<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0GH901 is an austenitic aging hardening alloy based on Fe-43Ni-12Cr, adding titanium, aluminum and equal reinforcement elements, and contains trace amounts of boron and lower carbon. It is diffusely strengthened by the metastable \u03b3”[Ni3(Ti, Al)] phase, and trace amounts of aluminum can inhibit the conversion of \u03b3” to \u03b7-Ni3Ti phase. The alloy has high yield strength and long-lasting strength below 650\u2103, good oxidation resistance below 760\u2103, and stable tissues for long-term use. This alloy is a relatively mature alloy developed in the early stage and is widely used to manufacture rotating disc parts (turbine discs, compressor discs, shaft journals, etc.), static structural parts, turbine outer rings and fasteners of aviation and ground gas turbine engines working below 650\u00b0C.<\/span><\/p>\n
