1.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Introduction aux mat\u00e9riaux 309S<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

309S est un acier inoxydable facile \u00e0 couper, contenant du soufre, qui est utilis\u00e9 dans les cas o\u00f9 une coupe facile et une finition de surface \u00e9lev\u00e9e sont principalement requises. Le 309s est une variante de l'acier inoxydable 309 \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone et est utilis\u00e9 dans les situations o\u00f9 le soudage est n\u00e9cessaire. Une faible teneur en carbone minimise la pr\u00e9cipitation de carbures dans la zone affect\u00e9e thermiquement pr\u00e8s de la soudure, et la pr\u00e9cipitation de carbures peut provoquer une corrosion intergranulaire (\u00e9rosion par soudage) de l'acier inoxydable dans certains environnements.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sa teneur \u00e9lev\u00e9e en chrome et en nickel garantit une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion et \u00e0 l'oxydation. Par rapport \u00e0 l'alliage aust\u00e9nitique 304, il est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/span><\/p>\n
