1. Introduction to 0Cr17Ni7Al Materials

07Cr17Ni7Al is an austenite-martensite precipitation hardened stainless steel developed based on 18-8CrNi, also known as controlled phase change stainless steel.

07Cr17Ni7Al is also a diffuse hardened stainless steel, with high strength and high hardness, fatigue resistance, good corrosion resistance and die forging, and rarely deformation when exposed to high temperatures. This steel has good performance and is especially suitable for the aerospace and aerospace field. This special alloy is also suitable for other fields with high strength and corrosion resistance requirements. At high temperatures to 316°C, the spring performance is still good. 07CR17NI7AL is used in aerospace, chemical, petrochemical, papermaking and metal processing industries.

  1. Material properties

07Cr17Ni7Al is a hardened stainless steel with high strength and hardness, fatigue resistance, good corrosion resistance and die forging. After solid solution treatment, it is an unstable austenite structure with good plastic toughness and processability. After adjustment, the austenite precipitation of carbide phenol composition changes. After martensite transformation treatment, most of the structures are transformed into low-carbon tempered martensite with good toughness. This state is the use state of steel and has good medium-temperature mechanical properties. Corrosion resistance is better than general martensitic stainless steel.
